A public health specialist with 18 years’ experience of health and nutrition program designing, implementation and policy advocacy in both development and humanitarian settings. Possess in-depth understanding of maternal, newborn, child and sexual and reproductive health issues and solutions as per local context; led multiple health and nutrition projects like Primary Health Care, Integrated Community Case Management, essential newborn care, Immunization Control Program, maternal and reproductive health care including SGBV, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent nutrition programming with gender and disability inclusion. Carried out effective managerial and technical functions in various positions with different international organizations supported by multiple donors. A member of different maternal, newborn and child health and IYCF/CMAM technical forums at national and sub national level. Technically contributed in development of guidelines for various intervention packages. A member of women leaders’ forum with main roles to support Sindh CIP in achieving FP2020 commitments. experience of leading teams across 30+ districts in all provinces.
