Mr. Khattak is a democratic and social sector governance expert with 25 years experience. He has excellent understanding of Pakistan's governance architecture, political system, legislative processes, parliamentary procedures, electoral and local government laws. He led diverse teams with expertise in strategies formulation, evidence-led advocacy/reforms, operational excellence through operational planning, team building and management, organizational development, consortium partnership, donor management. He has worked with UNDP, DRI, British Council, NDI, DAI-Pakistan, and Palladium etc. He has co-authored election related publications including a guidebook for young voters in Pakistan and a report on political finance titled Clean Money for Clean Politics. He is frequently invited as panelist/commentator on parliamentary, political and electoral issues to talk shows of various radio and TV channels.
