Mr. Musarrat is financial and operations management expert with around 25 years national and international experience of development and emergency response programming's. He worked in more than 10 countries in South East Asia, South Asia, West Africa and East Africa. He has worked extensively with all institutional and non-institutional donors including foundations. These include but not limited to USAID, BPRM, FCDO, CIDA, World Bank, EU, BMGF and UN agencies. He has strong knowledge and experience of managing USIAD and FCDO funded Grants, Cooperative Agreements and Contracts. His scale-base include: organization development, setting policies and procedures, risks management, regulatory compliances, accountability, budgeting, grants management, accounting/administrative processes, procurement against donors rules & regulation and HR policies. He is proficient in utilizing accounts software’s such as Sun-system, PeopleSoft, Agresso, Quick Book, Dynamics and Navigator.
